Un día completo de práctica consciente y profunda reconexión con el cuerpo, la mente y el corazón.
Dos talleres, por la mañana Sama Yoga y por la tarde, de Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Baño de sonido con cuencos de cristal.

The Sanskrit word Asana means ‘Posture’,in this room we work not only our Physical Posture, but mainly, our Posture in Life.

El Sendero
At the heart of Casa Kavi you will find ‘Sala Yuj’. The foreroom of Sala Asana, our Architect named it ‘Yuj’ meaning ‘Union’- fun fact: the word Yoga derives from Yuj. El Sendero is the Path connecting all spaces.
Sala Moksha
The deeper you dive into Casa Kavi, the deeper you will go - “Moksha” stands for ‘Emotional Freedom’, a room dedicated to the practices that allow to release suffering, attachment, and the limitations of the material world.
