Instructora y Nutricionista Raquel Monedero, Casa Kavi, y Cosmic Matcha se unen para hacer un recorrido juntas para esta "vuelta al cole." Creando un espacio para que la vuelta del Verano a la Rutina sea un placer, re-encontrando el equilibrio. El 7 de Septiembre con Eclipse Lunar de Luna Llena en Virgo nos invita a la purificación, la re-evaluación, y el desprendimiento de lo que ya no sirve para dar lugar a lo que nutre y hace crecer. Espera Meditación, Escritura, Yoga, Matcha, y Healthy Snack Bar. Ticket 55€.

The Sanskrit word Asana means ‘Posture’,in this room we work not only our Physical Posture, but mainly, our Posture in Life.
Sala Yuj &
El Sendero
At the heart of Casa Kavi you will find ‘Sala Yuj’. The foreroom of Sala Asana, our Architect named it ‘Yuj’ meaning ‘Union’- fun fact: the word Yoga derives from Yuj. El Sendero is the Path connecting all spaces.
Sala Moksha
The deeper you dive into Casa Kavi, the deeper you will go - “Moksha” stands for ‘Emotional Freedom’, a room dedicated to the practices that allow to release suffering, attachment, and the limitations of the material world.
